 AEF-Sanctioned Wild Rose Competitions:

Application Forms

The following, completed forms must be submitted in order for the AEF to sanction a competition.

Post Show Report Forms (must be submitted within 10 days of completion of show)

 

Dressage Tests at Wild Rose Competitions

Wild Rose competition organisers are free to choose between EC, CADORA and HCBC 2010 dressage tests, but must indicate which tests will be used in the show prizelist.  The CADORA and HCBC tests are available, free of charge, from the respective organization websites.  Please click on the links below to access the tests.

Horse Council of BC (HCBC) dressage tests 

NEW for 2012: Competition organisers may choose to use EC tests at Wild Rose competitions provided they pay the EC Dressage Test User Fee.  For provincially-sanctioned Wild Rose competitions, this fee is calculated at: $1.00 per test to a maximum of $15.

Official's at Wild Rose Competitions 

Wild Rose competition organisers may use AEF-approved provincial officials, or uncarded individuals possessing long standing experience in the discipline, with the purchase of a guest card.

NEW for 2012: Junior EC officials, (recorded or Basic and Medium level) may officiate under their EC cards at Provincial Wild Rose Competitions, provided the minimum National Safety Standards as outlined in the AEF/EC service Agreement are met.

National Level (Equine Canada) Bronze and Silver Competitions

As a result of the reunion between the provinces and Equine Canada, the AEF has resumed administration of Bronze and Silver level competitions.  Gold level competititons will be administered solely through Equine Canada.  Show organisers are responsible for ensuring competitors at EC sanctioned competitions hold both a current EC Sport License and a current AEF membership.  Please contact the AEF to request access to the AEF databse to verify memberships.
