AEF Online Store Return/Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from the AEF online store. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the sealed product packaging if shipping potentially damaged the item/s. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product in person or by mail. We would be pleased to exchange or refund you on most items you buy online, up to 30 days after your receive your order.

All products purchased must be returned in their original purchase condition to AEF, Suite 100, 251 Midpark Blvd SE, Calgary, AB T2X 1S3. IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

NOTE: With all refunds or exchanges, please notify the AEF office at 1‐877‐463‐6233 before shipping your item back so we know to expect it and to acquire your credit card number as the AEF does not keep credit card information on file.
