Alberta Equestrian Federation (AEF) forum user agreement
When you register, you must use your first and last name as your user name and ID or your account will be deleted. Business members may use their business name.
You agree, through your use of this AEF forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements/solicitations outside of their appropriate location,chain letters, and pyramid schemes are also inappropriate to this AEF forum.

After you register and log into this AEF forum, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.

Please note that AEF staff does not, at any time have access to the users private messages, so if you feel that you are being harassed, it is your responsibility to report this action, so that we may act accordingly. Please also note that all users have the ability through their profile user panel to block any and all fellow users from messaging them, as well, you have the capability of disallowing other users to email you. AEF is not responsible for the content of the messages sent or received privately; they are the sole responsibility of the user.
It is not permitted to advertise your business in your signature line unless you are a registered business membership holder with the AEF.
Business must read here: Businesses are not permitted to post in the Personal Classifieds. Posts in the Personal Classifieds that fall under the business classification may be deleted without warning. Definition for a business is as follows:
Someone that buys or offers for sale more than two horses every six months
Buys or offers for sale three or more saddles per year
Receives compensation for stallion services
Receives compensation for training
Receives compensation for lessons
Receives compensation for boarding
Receives compensation for services rendered.
Offers to make available a product or products, either hand-made or commercially made, for continuous sale to the public.
Whether or not someone actually possesses a business license is not a factor
Making a profit is not a factor
